Plan of educational and training activities of the Public Organisation and the Spiritual Centre ‘Absolute Divina’.

Topic 1: Introduction to spirituality and self-knowledge. Introduction to the concept of spirituality.

    Lesson 1: What is spirituality?

Aim of the lesson: To acquaint participants with the basic concepts of spirituality. To promote a deeper understanding of how spirituality can influence everyday life.

    Structure:

    А. The concept of spirituality:

Spirituality is defined as an inner state of being that includes:

    1. The search for meaning: The desire to understand our place in the world, asking questions about the purpose of life.

    2. Connection with the Self: The process of self-discovery, inner work, understanding of your emotions, values and beliefs.

    3. Relationship with others: Understanding how we are connected to other people, nature and the universe.

    4. For some people, this may be the concept of God, universal energy, or simply an awareness of something greater beyond the material world.

    B. Historical and cultural aspects:

Discuss how the concept of spirituality has changed throughout history and in different cultures.

Eastern traditions: Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism - emphasise the inner world, mainly through meditation and self-awareness.

Western traditions: Christianity, Judaism, Islam - often emphasise the relationship between a person and God, moral values, and practices of communication with higher powers.

    2. The difference between religion and spirituality. The aim of the section will be: To distinguish key aspects of religion and spirituality, to consider their differences and interconnections.

    Structure:

    - Definition of religion and main characteristics of religious traditions:

Belief systems: Formalised dogmas and teachings, and whether they form unifying principles.

Rituals and practices: The social aspects that unite believers, such as prayer, rituals, fasting, as seen by the participants.

Religion is usually an organised system, whereas spirituality is an individual experience that does not always require rituals or formal dressing up.

External and internal search: Religion focuses on external rituals and community, while spirituality emphasises inner experience and self-discovery.

Authenticity and Tradition: Spirituality can be more ‘intuitive’ and adaptive, while religion is associated with dogma.

    C. The relationship between religion and spirituality:

Discuss whether religion can serve as a pathway to spirituality for some people.

To consider the possibility of spirituality outside the religious framework, with an emphasis on the individual experience of each person, because this will actually allow society to develop.

     Practical part.

Group discussion: Invite participants to share their ideas about spirituality and religion. What impressions did they get from their personal experience?

Reflection: Participants write about their beliefs and experiences in relation to spirituality, what is close to them and how it affects their daily lives.

Assignment for independent research: Participants choose one religious or spiritual practice that they would like to try to explore for a week. They are then ready to share their experience in the next session. But since the country of our permanent residence and ancestral lands is modern Ukraine, this means that we are the people who have not lost touch with religion or spirituality. Therefore, we can simply describe our experience.

    Conclusion.

This lesson lays the foundations for understanding spirituality, its importance for personal growth and how it differs from organised religions. Thanks to the interactive elements, participants can actively engage in the learning process and experience their own experiences, which will help them in their lives.

Topic 3: Spiritual values and ethics.

Lesson 5: Ethics in spirituality. Discussion of moral values and how spiritual values can influence our lives.

    Conclusion:

This plan of educational activities aims to support the spiritual development of the participants through various activities, to promote community building and interconnections. The restoration of ancestral knowledge and traditions is fundamentally important in our time, so that we can survive in times of great transformation.

Justice is often distorted by other people's influences, as it happened here. After all, history is written by the victors for the defeated. The problem of forgetting our own roots, the imposed memory of others and the history we live with requires a deep analysis of how our perceptions of reality are formed. And it differs greatly depending on the cultural context and when we adopt other people's narratives, we can lose touch with our own values. Perhaps restoring justice requires not only finding new ways of thinking but also returning to old knowledge, recovering the real and authentic story that can serve as an alternative to the images imposed from the outside. It's not just about making room for new ideas but about a deeper awareness of what we have been taught. As a society, we have the opportunity to rethink our own identity and, perhaps, through this experience, find the truth that will help solve age-old problems.

It is important to create a clear plan, tracking your thoughts and emotions, avoiding negative tendencies and perceiving the process of self-development as a path to inner beauty and strength. As a result, you can achieve greater maturity of your soul, unlocking the enormous potential for enlightenment and true nobility. Applying these tips will help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your values, opening up new horizons in your spiritual development. Strive for inner warmth, kindness and truth, and this will make life meaningful and significant for all of humanity.

May our combined efforts light the way to harmony and growth. Believe in yourself because you have everything you need to achieve greatness. Let every day be a new beginning, and every moment an opportunity to fly high, leaving your mark in the boundless heaven of possibilities. Achieve your goal, for a person among people cannot be forgotten, deceived and unnecessary, for every person needs another person, otherwise there was no point in creating this beautiful but deceived species.  We all need energy-information exchange, compassion, love for people and the desire to be useful. Helping others or loved ones can make you feel happy. To achieve our own greatness, we need to believe in ourselves and in the species as a whole. If we can support each other, no one will doubt themselves, their exclusivity, or their professionalism.
